Youth Affiliates​
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated was the FIRST Greek letter organization to form youth auxiliary groups, establishing a legacy of mentorship and community engagement that continues to thrive today.
​
On February 22, 2014, the Ravishing Rho Eta Zeta Chapter chartered all three Youth Affiliate programs, creating a comprehensive youth development pipeline that has fostered leadership, academic excellence and community service for over 20 years.
​
​MISSION: to provide a carefully designed program of activities that will enhance youth club members through mind, body, and spirit as they work within their various communities to help others.

Pearlettes are girls under 9 years old who are mentored by ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. to become outstanding leaders in their community. Our youngest auxiliary group, fostering early development of leadership skills and community awareness.

Strand 1: Cultural Awareness for Social Skills Enhancement
• Experiences that bridge the gap between school curriculum and culture

Strand 3: Leadership Development
